Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  5/25/04      Rate This Apartment     Cypress Lakes is very old and the apartment structures show it. When I moved in I couldn't get my mailbox key until I filled out the survey of the apartment and usually takes people a while because you don't see everything that's wrong with the apartment for about a week or two. When I recieved my key it didn't even work. I couldn't get my mail for a few weeks. When someone attempted to change they couldn't figure out how to put on a new lock so it remained without a lock for a couple of months. I had late bills and some of my mail was missing. The mail man said that if he were to take the mail back the post office would just send it back to whereever it came from and that I would probably never see it again. So I had no choice. Don't ask for the corporate phone number because thay wont give it to you. they say it is a private number. So what knid of customer service is that?? There is no grass because there are leaves everywhere and there is no parking and it is very dark at night. It is a great place for predators to hide.
