Apartment Review for San Marco @ Broken Sound - Boca Raton, FL

Management could care less about the needs of the apartment community;didn't even care that an alligator was 6 feet away from the leasing office, they probably would try to rent him a room here if they thought he had a bank account. Neighbors are snotty, loud-mouthed and drive way too fast. The rent is exhoribitant, and yet they rent to college kids who run a bar from their garage and have parties every other night. The cops are here all the time now and god forbid your dog barks you get a call saying to keep the dog quiet, meanwhile punks are pointing beebee guns at you and screaming obscenities. I recommend everyone to stay away from San Marco at Broken Gate!!!!!
