Apartment Review for San Marco @ Broken Sound - Boca Raton, FL

San Marco is an awful place to live. At first glance, the place looks nice. Thigh tiled roofs, a nice pool,clean interiors with new kitchen goods, but do not be fooled! San Marco is noisy, there is not enough parking and the garbage builds up. The worst part of San Marco are the women in the office. They are cold, rude and lazy. No one was in the office at all when Hurricane Wilma hit, but were there promplty after the power turned on to collect rent. The maitenance guys are very nice, but have a lot of work to do. As in the previous review, a notice was sent to residents that cars not parked in alloted spaces will be ticketed. This is a flaw with the "community", there is simply not enough parking. Fix the problem, don't place it on the residents. Oh yeah, and "gated communtiy" is simply a technicality.... the gate is always open. Thanks ladies in the office, I hope your apartments are safe. DO NOT RENT HERE, IT IS A NIGHTMARE.
