Nice place in Boca Raton, FL High rent, Prepare for increaes, increases, increases. Managerment of community are ok as long as you meet the criteria. Community is kept clean and looks great. Gates on this gated community never work and are broken into nightly (Do not move to San marco for the security or gates) any one can get in. Major Lynn University college rental community. Great if your in to that kind of thing. Beatiful pool and great work out room. You can get better for your money in Boca Raton but if you dont mind being ignored, quality, tis is a great pace for you. San Marco @ Broken Sound 2 thumbs down.  Need to rent an apartment?
