Apartment Review for Arbor Oaks At Boca Raton - Boca Raton, FL

Let's start with the positive - the pool area and fitness center is kept up fairly well. Now for the rest of the truth.... The office staff is rude, unprofessional and inattentive of the tenants' needs. The maintanence manager is an obnoxious jerk and cuts corners. The apartments are falling apart and are fixed with bandaids. What I mean is, they do not replace equipment and the repairs are shoddy. Also, the kitchens are falling apart and they refuse to replace carpeting or paint after living there for years. (I have lived there for 7 and am moving out when this lease is up) There is only 1 garbage dumpster for over 350 units and there are insects and pests all over the place.
