Apartment Review for Boca Arbor Club - Boca Raton, FL

Place is very old. Office staff is lazy and unhelpful and not sympathetic to our needs as renters. Maintenance is always very helpful but we know they have to do what the office says so good luck to them. Everything is falling apart. Kitchen is very old and gross, bathrooms are gross and they paint tubs (HUH????) and it chips all over when you first use it, they have bugs and they do not exterminate unless you ask which you only know from neighbors anyway but they only come once a week on Tuesdays so if you call Tuesday night because you have ants or bees or anything else in your apartment, you have to deal with it on your own for a full week and they don't care. They will say sorry this is how we operate. they made us pay a late fee when we were one week late after the hurricane when no one was working or being paid, they still applied a late fee of 75 dollars, the gated community line is a joke because its never working nor has it worked now for 3 months (meanwhile isn't that what we are paying for) the patios are no longer screened in and they say that screens are on back order...sigh...need I say more? I can go on...basically the location is nice but thats about it, theres other rentals in the area that have to be better than this place..we pay 1100 for a 2 bedroom and they should only be charging 900 for the way they don't upgrade (mind you from what I've learned when the lease is up soon the rent will go up 75 dollars and then another 100 if they have time to do new cabinets) is this place worth 1300 a month NO WAY!!!
