Run, don't walk. Run from this place. Terrible noise. High crime. My car was broken into twice. The association totally screws you on move in and move out. First they'll double your security deposit right before you sign the lease (cause they know you probably already gave your notice at your last place and hired movers). Then they'll keep your deposit and use it as a Christmas bonus for the employees. The windows and fixtures are all falling apart and the complex won't replace them. Parking is impossible if you have more than one car. People often block your exit because there isn't enough parking. You will never get a good night sleep because fat, ugly kids are in the pool area all night.
