Management will tell you anything you want to hear - don't believe them. Top manager is always changing. When I first applied to Boca Palms the manager at the time told me I might be interested in another complex - she realized I could read and write - I should have listened to her. Noisy! Dirty! Pools are either filthy or not open (closed at one time by the city because of filth). No security. Managers are deaf to any and all problems.
