Apartment Review for Camino Real Apartments - Boca Raton, FL

After first year, raised rent 5% when I was advised a 2% increase. Never got a water bill, after a year and a half I get a water bill for 550$. Staff said it was a system error on their end and they would "work with me" to pay it off. Then they offered I pay it over 2 months. If rent is 4 days late they charge a 10% fee and threaten eviction if not paid within 3 additional days. Not willing to do anything and do not care about their tennants. I paid $1,500 to cancel my lease early just to get out of there.
