Mgt. doesn't like to do what they are supposed to do. If anything needs fixing, they blame you. Tenants come and go because the landlayd doesn't pick the right people and doesn't value the good ones she has. There has been a fair amount of drug abuse, loud music and fights, etc. I think many tenants are section 8 residents.  Need to rent an apartment?
