The landlady is a bully and can be very rude. Once you move in, don't ask for anything. She never wants to fix anything and blames tenants for things they aren't responsible for. Some tenants nice; others not. There have been too many fights, drugs and loud music over the past few years. People come and go. It's an unstable environment. The landlady doesn't know how to pick people, even with years of experience.
