Apartment Review for Gables At Boca Place - Boca Raton, FL

It is very pricey for what they offer. The pools are always dirty. The jacuzzi is boarded up with wood for 1 year now. The complex allows cars to park anywhere they desire distroying the landscaping and what use to be pretty surroundings. The tenent work on their cars in the parking lot, barbeque in the hallways, throw trash outisde the bins, throw unwanted mail on the floor. I wake up every morning and clean around my building. It is disgusting. The maintenance staff is very rude. Dog owners are not enforced to pick up after them. Renovations are now taking place but with everything they allow to go on, the place will continue to be horrible.
