Apartment Review for Gables Marbella - Boca Raton, FL

The ONLY good thing about this community is the inside of the apartment, which is beautiful. The staff is unresponsive. The grounds are always littered with dog poop, and never cleaned up. They claim they "fine" residents who keep the trash cans outside, but the road is like an obstacle course. There is NO guest parking to speak of. It is full of college kids who party all night, not just on the weekend. Don't let the appearance fool you. This place is not for families! For 2k plus a month, you'd think you could at least get some peace and quiet. NOT!
