Apartment Review for Harbour Town - Boca Raton, FL

I was quoted 1 price for july, but it would go up aug 1st...so we payed rent at 2 places to get the cheaper rate...only to find out it was a lie! Ive been here for 4 months and im still waiting for maint to come repair the things on my check off list! There are bats that fly over my pario and rats crawling on the sreen too..the ants are gone thanks to salt..if u sprinkle salt where the problem is it will kill them...last nite there was a shooting in the building next to me! In was awakened at 11:30pm by a Palm Beach sheriff asking to give a statement of anything i heard or saw! I heard the helicopter over head and walked outside round 8:30 prior to cop at my door...the light flashed on me...it freaked me out! now i dont feel safe here...the complex looks like shit after the hurricane...things should of been fixed by now especially the street lights....u cant see anything when u pull in here! i will be glad when my lease is up! this place needs security!!!!
