Apartment Review for Harbour Town - Boca Raton, FL

This place is not so bad. I've lived here for two years and compared to other places the neighbors are nice, the office (even though incompetent) are pleasant. The maintenance crew is helpful, when they finally get to the apartment. This place requires a lot of patience and understanding. The is probably too much work to do for the workorders to be completed timely. Afterall this place is pretty damn old. Yes there are the frequent police calls, break ins and car theft attempts. That happens everywhere now a days, there are police officers that live here, and they do pay attention. Unfortunatly there are stupid people everywhere and you can't pick your neighbors, most of the time they are very quiet. Once in a while there is a loud party, but never too loud. Overall it's just not that bad.
