Apartment Review for Harbour Town - Boca Raton, FL

I am a resident here at harbour town and am moving as soon as I can. Our air conditioning started flooding itself the month after we moved in and it took them a month to get it fixed. In the process of them fixing the air it caused our water heater to explode and that took 30 days to get fixed. The carpet in our apartment was crap upon move in. Corners coming up all over and loose threads at the door jambs. We are also the victims of theft as our car was broken into and several items were taken. Maintenance has tried to be helpful and the office seems to not care one way or the other unless you get after them. I am saddened, as i had high hopes. the only person that seems to care about this complex and its residents is the manager.
