Apartment Review for Harbour Town - Boca Raton, FL

When I first moved in Harbour town took over a month to fix complaints on our move in check list. Maintenance is slow, but when I complained they gave me a $250 credit on next months rent. I had a rat problem once, that was part of my 250 refund. My neighbors are nice, a lot of families. Noone cleans up after their dog. Their are doggy poop bags supplied, but dispenser is ALWAYS empty. Just dont walk on the grass. After 8pm their is NO front parking, but walk isnt far. Some scumbag once hit my car and ran in the middle of the night, cops wouldnt even come do a police report since we had no witnesses. When I first moved in my range, dishwasher, washer/dryer were old and they replaced all units with new white updated white appliances. But they would'nt replace the ancient microwave. They require a 60 day moving notice which sucks because I need more time to decide, but I think I am going to stay here. My rent is 1278 + utilities. They want 1316 to renew, but I think they will work with me to do it for less. Out door screen rooms are HUGE and I love it. I also have a view of an awesome lake/park. They also did a lot of updates to the complex since i moved in. New trees, paint, new mailboxes comming soon. Pool is sometimes dirty, but there are two. The hot tubs gross me out, I never go in them. Great location, love the shopping center across the street. Near I95. Hope this helps.
