Apartment Review for Harbour Town - Boca Raton, FL

I moved into my townhouse in April of this year. My roof next to my chimney was leaking, so after patching the ceiling twice, they decided to put a large blue tarp on my chimney. I would ask the property manager (Kelly) on a monthly basis when it was going to be fixed. First I heard, we are trying to get the roofing company to come out, the next month I am in contact with my superiors trying to get an answer, next month, there are more important leaks on the roof than yours and they come first, next month you moved in in the summer, so you didn't need you fireplace then, next month I am in touch with my superiors, next month you don't open your windows in florida it is too hot.. finally the last time I spoke to her, she said once again that she was in touch with her superiors and she would be riding around with her boss on the grounds to asses everything, also she would contact the roofing company to ask them where my apartment is on the list. She said that she (on several occasions) would call me back with an answer and never did. Again and again I would have to stop in the office to try to get a straight answer. Now 8 months later, I contact her again on November 13th and she told me the same thing as always. I told her that the fireplace was one of the perks for me to moving in. Now, cold weather and no fireplace... YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO MOVE....
