Mizner Court changed management companies in March 2007. These ratings are based on the previous mgmt company; they were responsive and diligent. It is too soon to see how the new company is doing but I can say this: grounds and pool maintenance are still up to snuff. They trim, they clean up, they spray for pests, they come when you call.
