Apartment Review for Mizner Park - Boca Raton, FL

Do not live above the trash compactor or by the elevators, or by the stairwells. You will never sleep. The elevators are broken a lot. Very noisy place to live. Apartments flood regularly here, fans and dehumidifiers always runnning in the halls and apts. As a result it smells like mold in areas. There is a security guard but anyone can get in anytime with no id shown. Way overpriced if one takes the time to look around town. The manager Cynthia Warren is very nice and does try to help out when she can. Best advice, don't live here if you want peace and quiet or have to sleep, or have allergies.
