Apartment Review for San Marco @ Broken Sound - Boca Raton, FL

The managers of this nice community dont do anything. They need to step up. It woulld be a great place to live if they would manager the property. Instead of getting the pool cleaned the gates working the ground looking nice, and the garbage mounds picked up from the dumpsters. They send us notices that they will fine us for parking our cars in the wrong spot. This was easy because it involved typing a letter easy stuff for lazy people. This place is a great place for people who do not care wear they live, dont care about security, dont care if there trash piles ups and dont care if the pool water is invesfested because the pumps dont work the managemtn fails to mention it for over a week. (CAN we say illegal) This could be one of the nicest rental communities in buetiful Boca Raton but Gables leaves it up to a few lazy ladies in the office that dont care and dont get it done! oh well.
