Apartment Review for San Marco @ Broken Sound - Boca Raton, FL

Good for a laugh once your gone. Stressed to the MAX while you live there. Things are always breaking becasue the appliances are so old. The maintenance people are the best thing going at this property. The securtiy is below living standards. I would compare to what you see on TV in South Central LA, the projects, or Liberty City in Miami. The front gates you pay for in your rent NEVER work! The Wackenhut people pass by once in a blue moon. As far as the upkeep and appearance of the place. Judge for yourself. I lived there for 12 months and not 1 time did someone ever clean the garbage in front of my apartment. Not once did they ever spend any money on dressing up the outside. No mulch, no flowers, no nothing! The units are old, this place is high way robbery! Take it from me this is the cheapest I paid in rent for four years and the old saying goes you get what you pay for. NOT AT THIS PLACE! Wait till you meet the front office staff. What a joke! You'll get better service on the unemployment line! They should make you sign a release, "live at your own risk!"
