Apartment Review for San Marco @ Broken Sound - Boca Raton, FL

#1 Security - There is none. The front gates that look like they are there to keep intruders out are always open. #2 Parking - Plenty of spots avail. - just so dirty that you would have to rate it very low #3 Appearance - This is the best one. Landscaping is disasterous, trash everywhere, not one .01 spent on upkeep. # 4 Managment - A JOKE! Enough said # 5 Maintenance - Everything is outdated so everything breaks. Poor maintenance guys are surely underpaid. # 6 Condition - OLD, OLD, and OLD # 7 Nosie Level - Like a rock concert. College kids, divorced and unhappy people screaming at each other. Get my drift. # 8 Rating - Below living standards # 9 Reccomendation - Should be bought out by Lynn University to use as dorms. On second thought my dorm in college was a bit nicer than this.
