Their gate is ALWAYS BROKEN! Someone got their car broken into, why? Because their gate is always broken! San Marco DOES NOT know how to treat their residents, nor their employees! Gables and San Marco is THE WORST company in the world. They claim "Taking Care of the Way People Live" is their motto. They DO NOT care about ANYBODY! They totally screwed over one of their best employees, Kim, that worked for the company for 5 years. poor girl was in a bad car accident. When she was well enough to work, they wouldn't take her back on crutches?? She sat at a desk!! The people in that office now are terrible!! Don't rent there! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!
