Apartment Review for The Vinnings Ii - Boca Raton, FL

I found the office staff to be extremely rude. My rent was raised by 55.00 in a one year period. The complex refused to replace carpet that had not been replaced in 4 years, yet they were going to lay new carpet if a new tenant moved in. The paint job is horrible and the outside hallways/doors and dirty and need a new paint job. When I moved in, my bathtub and floors were still dirty. It did not even look like anyone had cleaned the place. The area is filled with college aged kids. There are several kids sharing each apartment.
