Apartment Review for The Vinnings Ii - Boca Raton, FL

I first moved to the Vinnings II because it was the cheapest place in Boca, and it was close to work. I am a school teacher and have been kept up at all hours of the night because of noise at the pool area. The cops are called to this complex on a regular basis. When I moved in, I did not have a shower door for my WALK IN shower nor did I have any light fixtures! They said they provide lights for the kitchen and bathroom, but I was responsible for any lighting in the living room and bedrooms! As one of the other reviews mentioned, my rent was also raised after the first year...$75!! If you are a college student looking to drink, party, and do drugs...this is the place for you. If you are a respectable citizen that has a job or has any responsiblities at all, spend the extra money and go elsewhere!
