Apartment Review for Villa Valencia - Boca Raton, FL

Where to start? I do not want to come off as exaggerating im just stating facts about this appartment complex. I'm currently living here and let me tell you it's been an experience. I would have to say first off what a Hugh waste of good land. A great location hands down and that's where it stops and ground zero begins. As for safty very little if none, not a pleasant and safe place for children and sadly to say adults also. Parking here overly small spots, porrly thought out out. If every one here was a apartment of two people who both needed vehicales it's not possible because there is only parking for maybe half of complex to have two cars. Tha apperance not so great. The colors not so great but that's just my opinion on that. The one thing that made it nice to live there they chopped down. 80% of the beautiful trees and plants removed except in front of board members appartments. For what reason I see no logic behind it besides dislike of oxigen. Palm trees ripped up and most Lilkly sold. Flying Tree rats? The only people in Florida to see flying tree rats. Some call discovery channel rather than chop trees down or even call someone from wildlife conservation because those were first and last flying tree rats in florida if not the world. They have money to cut beatiful trees down but can't install tile in hallways for a year, bare hallways that looked atrocious for one year, give me a break.A great safe place for CSI: Miami to film episode and feel safe but have that run down look needed for scenes meant to be in shady areas. The office staff horrible, unprofestional, and crooked. Board meetings are very secretive for no reason it's a appartments complex not a adult club house. They are strict with vistors u have come over. There is a limit to how long your guest can stay at your appartment, the place u over pay for, but can be extented for a small fee of one hundred dollars. The maintance man takes the award for worst maintenance man in south Florida hands down. Instead of maintenace man title it should be replace with accessory that is included with pool. He's very compariable to a garden gnome but he's arm moves to lift up his bloody Mary beverage. That's all he does I think. I never seen him do actually work but seen him watch work being done which he does great. He's defintly over paid. I would rather give my money to the chairs and tables at the pool, they do same exact job as him sit in sun. No problem with my condition of unit besides the outside where they have control of. Noise level normal. My overall rating f- it's not pleasent place mainly because of board, maintenance man, and office staff. All problems lead to them. Hopefully they read this review and realize the disaster they have made to a place that could have potiental but immaturity, lack of knowledge of running a complex and being crooked for taking money, doing nothing with money then asking for moreouTou put pieces together about where the money gos. Don't move here until board is changed, maintenance man is replaced, and mature honest people are running the apartment complex named villa Valencia.
