Apartment Review for Villa Valencia - Boca Raton, FL

husband and i have lived here since 1996 (i'm not even old), and we are so happy with new Board (old Board was not so good). now that upgrades are being made to ENTIRE exterior, i am so happy we paid for it. this is first time we ever lived here -- with EVERYTHING new. Board & maintenance is responsive and cares for our needs. think last on list to be upgraded are doors, railings & a little landscaping. we walk to beaches, Mizner Place (party central), shops, Banyon Place AND Publix. LOCATION is everything, and we'll never let go of our condo. complex is small (only 104 units, 2-storeys). people are friendly. we're hoping for plans for regular exercise classes in clubhouse (section of room) and a dance floor for parties in another section -- maybe another area for games (huge space w/kitchen, too). we are working on healthy, cohesive relationships (less complaining & gossip/more pro-active), so that we can move forward as an integrated community who really do have each others' best interest at heart. These people watch-out for each other -- and that includes all Owners/Members, like a family.
