Apartment Review for Villa Valencia - Boca Raton, FL

I have rented here for six years, and I am glad that the old Board is gone. This Board is nice. I am single, but all ages come here -- think that's good, but am also meeting verrry nice singles. Also, this is not one of those humongous Apartment Communities (they're mean). From my experience, those big Management-run R.E. Companies are real sweet once they get you to sign -- then they treat you like the furniture and kick-you-out for no reason, except that they don't like you. Villa Valencia is not like that, and they're, finally, making it real pretty. They're small, quiet, and besides, you can't beat the location (also near F.A.U.).
