Apartment Review for Villa Valencia - Boca Raton, FL

i'm a bachelor (30's), living in V.V. for 3 years, and i can't say enough 'bout it. bu, first, let me talk about large, apartment communities. i oughta' know -- i've been through two of them -- and i'm a neat-freak! please allow me to say that they look real pretty (appearances can be deceiving), and they smile real sweet when they get you to sign on the dotted line. then, the party's over. afterwards, they look at you like you're a piece of furniture. they're phoney. God forbid, you should call with a complaint, i.e, water gushing out of your wall -- or, perhaps, a ceiling-full of mold (these new places are built cheesey), because they begin a file on you complete with work orders (W.O.'s). ~ 2 or 3 valid problems, and they kick you out!!!!! the stress of having to suddenly move is incalculable. Oh, don't forget that they raise the rents EVERY year (even if they say they don't -- they're liars). $$ and numbers is all they care about. i'm a neat-freak -- go figure. if they can replace you for a better $$, they will. Villa Valencia is different. if you're fortunate enough to get a good owner/landlord -- most of them never raise the rent, and they take care of their condos, because it's THEIR OWN personal property, but they don't bug you either. that person, below, was right. they really do care at Villa Valencia. if i should be so lucky as to buy one -- God knows i will. can't beat the location and all the recent upgrades. oh, singles are welcome!!!!!
